NICE TO MEET YOU
I’m Dr. Goodwin
I’m a board-certified family medicine physician focused on helping patients understand and manage persistent fatigue.
In traditional care, fatigue is often minimized or reduced to a single factor. In reality, it’s usually more complex.
My perspective on this changed through my own experience. I’ve dealt with autoimmune disease, insomnia, metabolic issues, and the depression and anxiety that often accompany chronic illness, along with the ongoing cognitive load and life stress that quietly build in the background.
Eventually, I had to step back from clinical work and take a closer look at what was actually happening.
What I found, both personally and in my patients, is that fatigue is rarely one issue. It’s a pattern: biological, psychological, and situational factors overlapping and reinforcing each other.
This clinic is built around that understanding: taking the time to evaluate those patterns and approach fatigue in a more thoughtful, individualized way.
"I was told everything is normal, but I don't feel normal."
"I'm tired all the time and I don't know why."
"I've tried fixing sleep, diet and stress, but nothing works."
