I’m Dr. Goodwin
I’m a board-certified family medicine physician, and I know both personally and professionally how much persistent fatigue can change your life.
My own experience with chronic illness changed the way I think about fatigue and the way I care for patients living with it. I believe you deserve more than being told your tests look normal or that you simply need to live with how you feel.
Sometimes getting somewhere better starts with having someone take the time to listen, look at the whole picture, and help you make sense of what’s going on. That’s the kind of care I wanted to create.
I created The Fatigue Clinic to give patients the time, medical attention, and ongoing support to understand what’s happening and find a path forward.

Our three-month Fatigue Recovery Program combines physician care and one-on-one health coaching to help you understand your fatigue, build a realistic treatment plan, and get support putting that plan into practice.
We see patients by video throughout Oregon, Washington, and California. No referral is needed.
